BHARAT'S NEW GROWTH MODEL : INCUSIVE , MINDFUL, S.W.O.T. BASED DEVELOPMENT

 

Being content creator , I have to spend significant time on social media. While scrolling and researching through the economic contents suddenly my feed filled with politically motivated- hatred content  against  people of  Northern or Eastern India. Reading those comments are heartbreaking moment. But reciprocating  them with similar strategies  is not feasible or justiciable . 

Yes, its sad reality that northern, eastern , Ishan- kon [north-eastern ] states are lagging in GDP or net worth terms but  they need special strategy to deal with them . At this era where Bharat aka India is rising along with the global of climate crisis and demonic geopolitics, isn't Bharat should take benefit of  its developing nation stage  while transitioning to developed nation ?

If you ask any random person what would you like to improve or change they will say health and education. But in 2025 and afterwards these sectors are incomplete, insignificant without clean, safe, natural environment and diverse economic opportunities and mentorship. How could we expect a child or adult breathing in toxic air or eating pesticides- full food or virtually  surrounded by unethical, immoral, illegal stimulation can be healthy, well-educated or employed ? There is missing and broken links in development narratives

As health is often included for development  narrative,  there is always failures  to mention "ONE HEALTH  STRATEGY". Development with toxins, pollutions, micro plastics are now present in brain to sperm , how they ensure  productivity of human labour or sustainability of  profit -driven development investment, agenda???? It is question worth brainstorming for my respected business and industrialist fraternity.

  There is trending news coming from east Asia. there is declining birth rate and people no longer find enough motivated to reproduce. We should learn from dark sides of China, South Korea, Japan development downfalls. Development without compassion, and consideration from people, planet nature, is going to fall and  no amount of concession or budget fund, laws  later works. 

Migration is the latest hue and cry in some so called richer states. There are some people portrays migration and migrants as a pittyfull phenomena. People migrate for aspiring economic life, from so called poor state to richer state. They provide cheap labor. They become consumer and contributer in their economy and generate profit for so called investment -doing companies.  And how they forgot so  easily that they are also migrants to other so-called richer state or countries ??

People glorify the richness, investment in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi but they failed to mention how so called poor migrating people give their blood, sweat , tear to build that metropolitan city. Arrogance is suicidal slow poison .

One of the flawed idea is considering so called poorer states economy is unorganized. If remove the illusion of imposed development, then we can see, those poor state are rich in natural resources, local culture and  human resource. They only lagging in Business opportunities, suffering from corrupt governance, and facilitative government support or handholding . They can be hub model of Self employed business, Manufacturing, Art and Culture, Tourism, Hospitality, Naturopathy, Herbal, Organic Agricultur , Artesians, Religious Tourism centers which can act as supplier, facilitator, resilience, recreation, ground support system for big cities, organized sector and big industries . Every thing is beautifull yet prosperous if we change the toxic capitalistic ideology. 

Can you imagine in the era of internet and work from home  opportunity , how beautifull world-class  artist, gamer, writers, painter, folk and classical dancer with indian uniqueness etc  , anime manga artist , sportsperson we can produce??? And it will have further domino effect with backward- forward linkage with higher heirarchy of business and industries . Isn't a beautiful development and profit plan for 140 crore talented Indians. Whose talent dies because of rat race of capitalism, lack of plateforms, appreciatiation,  mentorship and resources ???? Let me remind you MIRABAI CHANU , DIPIKA DAS, HIMA DAS, their struggles and successes.

Also people slowly realising these hustle culture are taking toll on their job, job security, mental health, lives, family. Freelancing, Gig economy, self employment, are increasing in youth. where they have freedom as per there schedule .

Also we should consider the fact that the so- called poorer states or region have distinct  demand and consumer pattern. They are still following traditional pattern of consumption and still closer to nature as compare to so-called richer state. They have different perspective of life and lifestyle and those who are wanting  urban consumerist lifestyle, they are willingly moving towards it . Hence we should very mindfull of investment , Projects or  implanting organized sectors and Industries.

People who never visited so-called poorer states, who never saw the how poor people work and live they are spreading false narrative sitting  inside four walls with AC on. What a irony.? 

India big and big country. It has diverse geography, region, culture, people. Its not cold latitude land or  monotonous  culture. We  start ups founders, Entrepreneur , Business owner, Industrialist , Investor should not blindly follow the monotonous idea of development coming from higher latitudes. 

Do those so called organized sectors have enough jobs as well as job security to absorb people when they are already firing, lay off their Highly Educated, Trained, Experience, Skilled, Productive, Result Achiever Employees on video call ?

We Bharatiyas  can have own ideas, own preference , and own set of development models. If we see with brutal honesty, then who is the real  targeted beneficiary of so called investment and development ? Those billionarie, who is building worth  billion dollar bunker for themselves or the human and natural entities who has all right to live dignity , healthy, happy , and well resourceful life of their choice?

These is a generic strategy article inspired by newly released EAC-PM REPORT , its ongoing analysis along with ongoing propaganda against eastern, northern people . I will keep posting more detailed  strategy, ways and means regarding sustainable yet profitable Business and Industries practices.
